Crypto Island
Crypto Island is a community based project with the goal of buying an island with crypto and tokenising it so anyone can co-own a real private island in the Bahamas. They are using a DAO to fund and govern the island so all the decisions and events can be decided by the community rather than a business hierarchy. This innovative idea means that the Island will be largely decentralised which gives the community full transparency and as much power and involvement in decision making as possible.
How You Can Get Involved
The DAO is now officially live and Crypto Island are holding a crypto crowdfunding campaign for 100 days. Once the 100 days are up that’s it so if you want to get involved don’t hesitate or you will miss out! People can use Etherium to contribute to the DAO and the more you buy the more voting power and benefits you get. For evey 1 Etherium you contribute you get 1 million palm tree tokens, which act as voting power and you will also get an NFT depending on how much you buy.
